Organizations and teams who embark on a purpose journey, co-create it with the facilitator, who guides the team in a process of getting to know each other in a deeper way in order to explore synergies and points of integration.
This process helps weed out deep seated assumptions and misunderstandings that get in the way of productivity. The process helps teams go from an “organization” to an “organism”, and from a beautifully structured team, to a powerful team that has a shared understanding of the fundamentals and a real appreciation for different perspectives in the team.
